Prof. H. Sama Nwana is a proud son of Bali Nyonga, Cameroon, and a lifelong champion of his community’s cultural heritage. His culture-related work is driven by a deep commitment to preserving, evolving, and celebrating the traditions and customs that define the identity of Bali Nyonga.
Professionally, he is Managing Partner at Cenerva Ltd, a London-based ICT consultancy. He also serves as a Visiting Full Professor at the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom.
A prolific scholar, Prof. Nwana has authored or edited nine other books and over 130 peer-reviewed papers and publications, earning recognition as a widely cited and influential figure in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Digital Economy, Economic Regulation and more.
Rooted in both scholarship and tradition, Prof. Nwana is co-head of the Tanunjam lineage in Bali, where he continues to play an active role in community leadership and cultural stewardship.
