This Refund/Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting a refund or return for purchases made directly through Spears Books.

  1. Eligibility for Refund/Return:

1.1. Damaged or Defective Books: If you receive a book with evident damage, printing errors, or defects, you are eligible to request a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1.2. Incorrect Shipment: In the event that you receive an incorrect book or the book does not match the description of the one you ordered, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

1.3. Dissatisfaction with Content: We understand that personal preferences vary, and while we aim to publish books with broad appeal, there might be cases where a reader is dissatisfied with the content. In such instances, refunds or returns will be considered at the discretion of Spears Books on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your concerns.

  1. Conditions for Refund/Return:

2.1. Return Authorization: Before returning any book, you must contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will not process any refunds or returns without a valid RA number.

2.2. Book Condition: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the book must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any markings, tears, or damage. Please package the book securely to avoid damage during transit.

2.3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or purchase receipt, along with your return request.

  1. Return Procedure:

3.1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a refund or return request, please contact our customer support team at info@spearsmedia.com. Provide the details of your order, reason for the refund/return, and any relevant information.

3.2. Return Authorization: After evaluating your request, if it meets the eligibility criteria, our customer support team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3.3. Send the Return: Pack the book securely and include a copy of the RA number and proof of purchase in the package. Ship the book to the address provided by our customer support team.

  1. Refund/Exchange Process:

4.1. Refund: Once we receive the returned book and verify its condition, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account.

4.2. Exchange: If you opted for an exchange due to a damaged or defective book or an incorrect shipment, we will ship the replacement book as soon as possible after verifying the condition of the returned item.

  1. Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

– E-books and digital downloads.

– Books purchased through third-party retailers (please refer to their respective refund/return policies).

Spears Books reserves the right to update or modify this Refund/Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
